The submission date of your paper is the point at which you are assessed against the rules in terms of eligibility. Thus, when you submit your paper as a team or individual you need to be registered as a student. If for some reason you are no longer a student when you submit your paper, either as a team or individual, you are no longer eligible to participate in the DeltaCompetition 2008.
