What scope has the Deltacompetition? Can we prepare wide ranging solutions or do they have to relate to Deltas?

The DeltaCompetition aims to facilitate climate change adaptation solutions, especially for the large delta areas in the world. However, in saying this, the DeltaCompetition seeks technical and adaptation solutions to climate change impacts, not just those in the Delta regions of the world.
